For us, providing educational opportunities for students is an investment in the future. We support motivated and talented young people, encourage innovation and build long-term relationships.We offer opportunities at all stages of your academic career. From your first semesters to internships, working student roles, or final theses (Bachelor/Master), we prioritize applying your academic knowledge over using cheap labor. Furthermore, we support the Begabtenstiftung Informatik Karlsruhe and offer smart scholarships.

At arconsis, we understand that balancing academic and personal life can be a real challenge for students. Our goal is to provide support and solutions that help students to navigate through these challenges and achieve a well-rounded and fulfilling college experience.
At arconsis we have no standardized offerings, but we are open to collaboration. This may include support for hackathons or participation in roundtable discussions.

We want to actively promote cooperation with faculties, institutes and professors by encouraging various forms of collaboration. The direct exchange with universities is very important to us in order to support them with our practical expertise, Our collaboration may include:

Academic collaboration

Our experience includes e.g. several German and European research projects as well as lectures at the University of Applied Sciences Karlsruhe (HKA) and support in practical seminars at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). In the past we also had a cooperation with the University of Western Macedonia for a joint education project for high school students. We hope to extent the cooperation to other universities at our locations.

Fostering IT education at an early stage

Promoting the next generation of software engineers cannot start early enough and is a matter close to our hearts. However, for capacity reasons, this is not (yet) standardized and is mostly based on the personal initiative and commitment of individual colleagues.
